At Empower Eats, we strive to ensure every delivery is smooth and satisfying. If there is ever an issue with your order, we ask that you contact Empower Eats directly - not the meal provider. 


Below is the process to follow for quick and efficient resolution

Please contact Empower Eats for any of the following:

  • Missing meals
  • Incorrect items in your order
  • Damaged meals or packaging
  • No delivery received

Reporting Timeframe

To ensure we can resolve the issue effectively, please report all issues within 24 hours of delivery.


Information to Include

To help us assist you quickly, include the following in your message:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Any relevant photos (e.g., damaged meals, packaging)
  • Your order number
  • Date of delivery

Please do not contact the meal provider directly. All accounts and orders are managed through Empower Eats, and we are responsible for billing and support. 


This ensures we can track and resolve any issues without delay or confusion.To ensure we can resolve the issue effectively, please report all issues within 24 hours of delivery.
